The Lifeline
“Life is with God only when he comes into your heart, and you believe. Life without the Spirit of God in you is little more than a moment in time.”…“Everyone has the responsibility to choose whether they wish to continue being one with God or without. God produces results far superior to humans, and man must learn that rounding out their lives with him is the ultimate experience.”
A Passport to god, r. Holmberg
The lifeline is only held by one entity, that is God. There is no other line that reaches from beneath to above with security. Those inclined to stretch their arms out to grab the line and do so when giving one thing, their faithfulness to the Lord, will enjoy the pleasure of living and will never be lost at sea.
When life brings turmoil, only hope will ever bring a person back. True faith is the foundation of hope. While storms brew, a person may see an endless procession of people walking in circles, lost to themselves because they fail to use the God given sense of preservation. The arms of God reach far. All one has to do is to stretch a little to touch his safety, reach beyond the waking world, and willful determination will bring a person to a rope made of hope. No one needs to dangle their self on the rope made of one thread, that is reserved for the dark side of the world.
The lifeline is there to take hold. Our Father, Son, and Holy Spirit form the line that gives embodiment of Spirit, a sense of being, communication within, and the foundation for life. The doctrine of the Trinity means that there is one God who eternally exists as three distinct Persons — the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Another way of looking at it is by examining the relationship of earth and water. The earth’s crust holds water for people to drink. The mountains contain moisture at the tops. Rain harvested grows things to eat. All components are active in different ways, but they all are one; and water is water. There is no taking it away. It just comes in different forms. The Trinity is the epicenter of Christianity, and acceptance of the Trinity by a person forms a line of strength. The teachings of it spell out faithfulness in a way that is not insurmountable for those who truly wish to obtain it.
No one can survive without the breath of God. God himself comprises the world around and the world within. He delivers words through the Spirit; and He gives life and hope by telling the world his truth through his Son.
The Bible is a historical document. It largely is there to produce words and symbols that will enhance people’s life by bringing them hope. It is simple enough for most people to grasp in a few moments of breathing in its words. In it are valuable statements said by Christ, our Savior. His recordings are the foundation of a civilization to come for those who wish for nothing but peaceful times.
No other words spoken are as important as what is stated in this book.
Jesus Christ, the son of God, is not a figment of imagination. He lived in the flesh while hosting a new population of people seeking to discover the difference between life and living. Jesus’ walk later became an institution for people. The institution gives the faithful a way of reaching out to others for support. Not always does man understand that by design God’s son is internal, he brings life to the world and brings people to the end.
The teachings of Jesus ensure that no one has to fail at living. There is always room for improvement. All it takes is perseverance and faith; and a person then can learn to cope with their own behavior. He brings followers to a place to examine their inner being, to see how the world was constructed, and why it is valuable to them. He shows people that it is always important to glow with the light shining for others to see. He teaches that it always important to recognize the Lord’s work is not a struggle but a gift, a way to be free of inhibitions, of worry and fear. His teachings show a way of living with the values he holds to his heart.
When Jesus walked the earth, he did so by the Grace of God. Although, his path may have been short in terms of travel time, during his journey he reminded everyone who listened that the earth graced by God is not the last stop. It is important to know that he was speaking in terms of the remainder of time.
Personal understanding of Jesus is best for those who wish to obtain freedom from the absolute darkness.
“So I say to you, Ask and it will be given to you; search, and you find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.”
– Jesus Christ, Matthew 7:7
Prayer has no value unless the person entirely believes in it nor is it a tool for selfish purposes. Rather, prayer is a tool to communicate with the Creator a real need for hope, to share gratitude, to express kindness and concern for the world and it’s precious beings, and to become one with the Lord by listening to the answers and incorporating them into daily activities.
Man may think they are strong when they holler to the Lord, but the right way to communicate is through prayer and peacefulness. His words are sure, and he pays no heed to those who ask for things that matter not. The effective prayer is simple and heartfelt; they are not cluttered up with ideas and thoughts. Prayer is only sacred when it is said with sincerity, Prayer is behavior that separates us from the zoo mates. Prayer is a personal relationship between the inner-being and God. No one has the right to be critical with how another person prays. . . No one.
Here is a prayer to say with sincerity; It comes directly from Jesus during the Sermon on the Mount, one of his five discourses in the book of Matthew:
“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
10 Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread,
12 and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
-Matthew 6: 9-13
“Pray with your full being and when major issues arise, be sure to express yourself clearly. Prayers conjured up without any real attachments to the soul are not always heard. But when he hears, be certain that he will send the right answer. It is up to you to listen.”
And here is the Sermon on the Mount from the 1977 film entitled Jesus of Nazareth, directed by Franco Zeffirelli; Robert Powell portrayed Jesus” . . .
Glory be to those who drink from the cup giving to them by the Lord. It is filled with eternal life.
